Payment Terms

Payment is due according to the schedule outlined in your service agreement. We accept cash, check, and major credit cards. Late payments may be subject to additional fees. For ongoing maintenance services, payment is typically due monthly in advance.

Cancellation Policy

Service appointments may be cancelled or rescheduled with at least 24 hours notice. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a cancellation fee. Weather-related cancellations will be rescheduled at no additional charge.

Property Access

Client agrees to provide safe and reasonable access to the property during scheduled service times. Any hazardous conditions must be disclosed in advance. We reserve the right to refuse service if safety conditions are not met.

Limitation of Liability

Expert Garden View's liability is limited to the cost of services provided. We are not responsible for plant mortality due to factors beyond our control, including but not limited to extreme weather, pests, diseases, or improper care by the client.

Warranty

We provide a 30-day warranty on plant installations, subject to proper care and normal growing conditions. This warranty does not cover damage from weather extremes, pests, diseases, or client negligence.
